Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide voice support via call in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, working towards prompt resolutions, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and patiently to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, including actions taken.

- Educational Qualification: Degree (Any Discipline)
- Fluent English Communication Skills
- Freshers with excellent English communication or candidates with prior customer support (L1) experience can apply
Flexible to work under rotational shifts – primarily Night Shifts
Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)
Cab Facility: Pick and Drop Available
Experience: 1-3 Years in US Voice support/ Recent graduates with excellent com skills.
Salary: ₹19,000/- to ₹35,000/- per month(Based on previous exp and package)
