The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products & Solutions, meeting clients in-person, and closing sales to meet targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, visits, and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Visit potential customers to present and sell products/solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, or roadshows.
  • Report daily/weekly activities to the Supervisor.

Other Requirements

  • Experience in B2B software sales.
  • Experience as a field sales executive or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
  • Preferred Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
