Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify RPA use cases

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define requirements

• Prepare comprehensive documentation including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and user stories

• Support the design and implementation of automation solutions

• Work closely with RPA developers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation

• Maintain a library of RPA use cases and support process improvement initiatives

Other Requirements

• 2 years of experience in business process analysis and RPA use case identification
• Ability to liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Experience in preparing PDDs (Process Design Documents) and user stories

Good to have

• Familiarity with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
