Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for ERP and a knack for generating leads and closing deals? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our ERP solutions portfolio.

• Drive end-to-end ERP sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Manage and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for customized solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain CRM with accurate sales pipeline and follow-up records.
• Participate in business development and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in ERP software sales.
• Strong understanding of ERP products and business processes.
• Experience selling in the Indian market; local market knowledge is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, Zoho ERP, or other leading ERP platforms.
