Responsibilities
- Collecting report of the satisfaction level of customers after completion of vehicle service from our service station
- conveying the information of breakdown of Bharat Benz vehicles of our customers to the the respective service managers
- Letting customers know about the upcoming date of their vehicle service
Other Requirements
- Must have good communication Skill.
- Must have a good knowledge in MS office tools especially in MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge about customer care activities.
Qualification: Any graduate/Diploma
