Responsibilities

• Shift-Based Student Oversight

Student Management & Documentation

• Maintain and update student records, progress reports, and essential documents
• Assist with academic and administrative requirements.

Class & Faculty Coordination

• Liaise between students and teaching faculty: schedule changes, resource requests, feedback loops
• Ensure classrooms are ready and attendance records are accurate

Mentoring & Well-Being Support

• Act as an academic “big sibling”: boost confidence, listen to concerns, coach through setbacks
• Flag any student- or facility-related issues for prompt resolution

Other Requirements

• Comfortable with split shifts (early mornings & late evenings)
• Detail-oriented: meticulous with records and follow-up tasks
• Empathetic communicator: can build rapport quickly and de-escalate emotional situations
• Proven resilience: ready to support students through highs and lows of a repeat-year coaching program
• Prior experience in dorm supervision, tutoring, youth mentorship, or student support roles
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month term (ideal tenure: 6+ months)
