We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable (Collections, Deductions & Credits)

1. Manage end-to-end AR operations.
2. Handle customer invoicing, credit/debit notes, and dispute resolution.
3.Drive collections, resolve escalations, and ensure SLA compliance.
4. Coordinate audits and month-end closing.
5. Generate aging reports and implement collection strategies.
* 5+ years total experience in AR (BPO) – Mandatory
* 3+ years hands-on experience in Collections, Deductions & Credits – Strictly Required
* Experience with JDE, Papersoft, DMX & deduction modules
* Strong communication & analytical skills
* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) & MS Excel
* Available to join within 30 days – Only such candidates will be considered
* Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter
