Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell credit products, especially loans against shares/assets.
2. Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
3. Conduct client visits, follow-ups, and offer tailored credit solutions.
4. Meet monthly sales targets.
5. Coordinate with internal credit/ops teams for smooth processing.
6. Maintain compliance and documentation standards.

Other Requirements

* 2+ years of proven sales experience in banking or financial services.
* Strong knowledge of loan against shares and other retail credit products.
* Graduation is mandatory.
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated team player.

• Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory).
• Experience: 2+ years in Secured Loans (Banking/Capital Markets).
•  Immediate Joiners Preferred.
