A leading business group is hiring Store Supervisors for their Supermarket division in Kozhikode. There are 4 vacancies available, open to candidates of any gender. Responsibilities
• Supervising, training, and motivating store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring accurate stock management.
• Implementing store policies and procedures, including opening and closing routines, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintaining the store's visual appeal, ensuring products are displayed attractively, and supervising the sales floor.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Guiding the sales team and maintaining store standards.
