Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one and group interview training sessions for students focusing on communication, body language, and confidence building.

- Develop and update training materials, mock interview scripts, and evaluation rubrics.

- Train students on HR and behavioral interview questions and professional etiquette.

- Provide personalized feedback and strategies to improve performance and confidence.

- Conduct mock interviews and other assessment tasks.

- Design interview preparation modules aligned with industry needs.

- Stay updated with current hiring trends and interview patterns.

- Identify individual learning gaps and provide personalized mentoring where required.

- Maintain attendance, performance reports, and feedback records.

- Contribute to Brototype’s communication Instagram page through content preparation and presentation.

Other Requirements

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in soft skills and personality development training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle both individual and group sessions.

Good to have
