Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided or self-generated leads

• Explain and promote digital marketing services (SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, etc.)

• Identify decision-makers and set appointments for the sales team

• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or messaging platforms

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies

Other Requirements

• Education: Any graduate (preferred)

• Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers welcome)

• Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam (mandatory)

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude

• Prior experience in telesales/telemarketing is a plus

• Basic understanding of digital marketing is advantageous
