Responsibilities

• Career Guidance & Counseling – Assist students and professionals in selecting the right programs for career growth.
• Program Consultation & Certification Mapping – Guide candidates on certification pathways, including CEH, CHFI, CSA, OSCP, CompTIA, AI, Data Science, and Python.
• Admission Coordination & Conversion – Support applicants through the enrollment process, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Scholarship Promotion & Outreach – Educate and assist students in accessing financial aid opportunities.
• Relationship Building & Student Success Management – Maintain long-term engagement with students to ensure career success.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling or advisory roles
• Deep understanding of IT certifications and tech career paths
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working with students or career changers
• Knowledge of Python and Data Science is a plus
• Familiarity with CEH and other cybersecurity certification pathways preferred
