Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

• Maintain HR records and databases

• Support onboarding and induction processes

• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication

• Coordinate with management on daily administrative HR tasks

• Assist in executing social media campaigns and content planning

• Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing activities

• Help in preparing marketing reports and tracking analytics

• Create and manage content for social media platforms

• Conduct market and competitor research

Other Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and HR functions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic tools like Canva, Excel, etc.
