Responsibilities

✅ Design & Execution:

• Assist in creating high-quality visual assets for social media, digital ads, websites, email campaigns, brochures, banners, posters, and print materials.
• Design and adapt marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
• Create engaging layouts for social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop visual elements that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards.

✅ Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with the senior design team to understand creative requirements and execute tasks accordingly.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and developers to ensure brand consistency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas to campaigns.
• Adapt designs based on internal and client feedback.

✅ Brand Consistency & Trend Awareness:

• Maintain the visual consistency of designs across different platforms.
• Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging creative technologies.

✅ Basic Animation & UI/UX (Bonus Skills):

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is an added advantage.

Other Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Designer in a brand’s creative team or an agency (preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
• A strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and brand identity.
• Ability to transform creative briefs into compelling visual designs.
• Basic knowledge of print production and digital design requirements.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and strong conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects (social media, branding, print, etc.).
