• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and worker roles.

• Source and screen candidates through various channels.

• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Communicate effectively in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.

• Manage candidate databases and support onboarding.

Other Requirements

• MBA in HR (preferred)⁣⁣
• 3+ years of experience in Non-IT & worker category recruitment⁣⁣
