Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain policyholder data, claims records, and premium information in internal systems.

• Verify documents such as insurance proposals, claim forms, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure that data entered complies with company guidelines and regulatory standards

• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to resolve data discrepancies.

• Maintain confidentiality of client and business information
•  Generate periodic reports and assist in data audits for accuracy.

• Support administrative tasks related to insurance operations as required.

Other Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Insurance or Commerce is a plus

• Experience: 1-2 years of data entry experience in the insurance industry preferred

Skills:

• Good knowledge of insurance terminology.

• Familiarity with policy management and claims processing systems.

• Fast and accurate typing (minimum 35-40 WPM)

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic database tools

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams
