Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the execution of interior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• This role involves managing various aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and stakeholder communication.
• Developing detailed work schedules, coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Managing labor, materials, and equipment, and coordinating their allocation to optimize project efficiency.
• Monitoring site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, brand standards, and safety regulations, and conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Must be willing to travel across work sites

Other Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, interior design, or a related field.
• Experience: Min 1 year experience in civil projects especially interior works.
• Salary: Basic salary up to 25k/month + Food and Accommodation + profit linked incentives + Allowances
• Age: Max. 30 years
• Interview mode: Face to face at Calicut Office
• Food and accommodation will be provided
• Monthly incentives will be provided from 3rd month onwards
• Bonus and other allowances as applicable
