We are looking for 7+ years Experienced and Innovative QA Lead who is responsible to lead the overall QA efforts for the projects/products across different platforms, mentor, and set up the QA teams, and ensure all QA processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities
Test Planning and Strategy.
- Lead a QA team for the projects in a dynamically evolving project environment.
- Own the complete QA process from Requirement analysis till Production deployment.
- Implement the latest QA practices to ensure high quality and efficiency in QA Delivery.
Test Execution and Documentation
- Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes.
- Up-to-date knowledge of test automation trends, technologies, methods [Selenium+Java] is mandatory
Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Defect Tracking and Resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to facilitate timely defect resolution.
Leadership and Team Management.
- Lead and Mentor the testing team.
- Provide Technical guidance, training and support to team members
- Conduct technical, Face-to-Face interviews with candidates and support the recruitment process
Other Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading QA Teams
- Minimum 3 years of Automation Experience
