Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the general aviation market.
- Strengthen relationships with airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
- Maintain and grow long-term, beneficial partnerships with current and potential customers.
- Leverage market intelligence to monitor trends and competitor activities, supporting market strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that align with client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies and achievement of sales targets.
- Reactivate and engage non-performing existing customers.
- Manage sales pipelines by developing strategies, closure plans, and commercial responses to convert opportunities into revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and through various communication channels (calls, emails, meetings).

Qualifications:
- MBA or a graduate degree (minimum 50% marks) in any stream.
