Soft Suave is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base for ERP, asset tracking, and fleet management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction or logistics domains, and a proven ability to close complex, high-value enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within construction firms, contractors, and equipment rental companies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding operational workflows and recommending tailored enterprise software solutions (ERP, asset tracking, fleet management, etc.).
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, product demos, proposal creation, pricing negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, and implementation) to ensure client requirements are reflected in solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales performance data using CRM platforms and provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance visibility and gather market intelligence.
  • Grow strategic accounts by focusing on customer success, upsell opportunities, and renewal

Other Requirements

Primary Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (preferably in SaaS, ERP, or CRM domains).
  • Domain knowledge of the construction industry or heavy equipment rental/logistics.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex B2B deals with long sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong grasp of digital transformation, asset lifecycle management, and field operations.

Secondary/Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with construction-specific ERPs like Viewpoint, Procore, Trimble, SAP Construction.
  • Familiarity with IoT, GPS tracking, or telematics technologies.
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Business or Technology Management.
  • Experience in partnerships with System Integrators (SI), OEMs, or channel partners.
