Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions
• Use various channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to source quality candidates
• Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Plan, organize, and execute walk-in interviews to meet bulk hiring requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities for campus hiring drives
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through effective database management
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures of positions
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring status
