Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS systems.
• Generate and analyze HR reports including headcount, attrition, payroll inputs, leave, attendance, and performance data.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards and trackers for HR metrics.
• Coordinate with payroll, finance, and admin teams for accurate data flow and reporting.
• Assist in audits and compliance reporting by providing required HR data.
• Automate repetitive reports and build templates using Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
• Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities from a data perspective.
• Suggest improvements in data collection and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros).
• Working knowledge of HRMS platforms like Zoho People, GreytHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
