To lead our Travel Division's sales strategy and execution across multiple geographies. The role involves full P&L ownership, target-driven leadership, and building a high-performing second line to drive sustainable growth. Qualification:
· MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management from a reputed institute is preferred
Experience:
· 10yrs+ of progressive experience in Sales and Business Development, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large, multi-location teams
· Prior experience managing P&L responsibilities and scaling business operations across multiple regions or countries
· Strong background in team development, sales planning, forecasting, and driving performance through structured metrics
Skills & Competencies (Must Have):
· Proven track record of leading high-performance sales teams across regions
· Excellent P&L and financial acumen
· Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities
· Ability to drive performance culture and execute under pressure
· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
· Willingness to travel frequently across regions
Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and data analytics tools
