Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints by coordinating with regional sales teams.
  • Conduct customer visits to inspect defective pieces, identify root causes in collaboration with internal functions, and generate leads for spares and overhauling business.
  • Educate customers on service capabilities, providing maintenance tips and methods to build brand value and enhance business.
  • Assess feasibility of providing onsite service based on inspection reports, component availability, and complexity. Communicate requirements to marketing for accurate service costing.
  • Deliver onsite service where feasible to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and conduct online and offline technical seminars effectively.
  • Achieve and maintain DSO target with focus on increasing sales revenue and meeting order booking targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Production and RFQ teams to ensure on-time delivery and timely submission of offers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the service business in line with specific industry requirements.

Other Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or field service roles.
  • Strong understanding of service sales, spares, and overhauling business.
  • Experience in conducting customer visits, root cause analysis, and preparing inspection reports

  • UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
