Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and development of scalable platform architecture.
2. Write and review high-quality, maintainable code using Python and React/Next.js.
3. Implement and manage SSO implementation with Azure AD, OAuth2, and SharePoint.
4. Design event-driven microservices using Kafka, Redis Streams, or RabbitMQ.
5. Drive AI/LLM integration efforts including RAG workflows and evaluation pipelines.
6. Oversee CI/CD, containerization, and multi-cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
7. Mentor developers and lead cross-functional engineering teams.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Other Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in platform architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Proven hands-on coding experience in Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) TypeScript/React/Next.js, with ability to debug and optimize at all layers.
• Expertise in SSO implementation with Azure AD, OAuth2/SAML, and SharePoint integrations within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, domain-driven design, RESTful and streaming APIs, and cloud-native architecture.
• Deep experience with message brokers (Kafka, Redis Streams, RabbitMQ) and event-based microservice design.
• Solid grasp of LLM integrations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks, embedding workflows, and AI evaluation pipelines.
• Experience setting up CI/CD, containerization, monitoring/logging, and multi-cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Leadership in managing cross-functional engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
