Responsibilities

• Prepare and track Purchase Orders; follow-up with vendors
  
• Research suppliers and identify cost-saving options
  
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams (Hindi & English)
  
• Keep records in Excel / Tally / ERP, and help manage inventory
  
• Compile short weekly updates for the Purchase Manager
  
• Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with the team

Other Requirements

• Hold any diploma or bachelor’s degree (or are in your final year)
  
• Speak and write in Hindi and English confidently
  
• Have basic data/Excel skills; ERP/Tally knowledge is a plus
  
• Are detail-oriented, enjoy learning, and can commit to 3–6 months
  
• Are based in or near Kochi (or willing to commute)
