Responsibilities

  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Managing the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls, prioritizing and responding appropriately.
  • Document Preparation: Drafting letters, reports, and presentations, and ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, both internal and external.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Interacting with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Office Management: Ensuring efficient operation of the MD's office, including managing supplies and resources.
  • Project Support: Assisting with project coordination and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Report Preparation: Compiling data, conducting research, and preparing reports for the MD.


Other Requirements

  • Qualification: Should be graduate
  • Experience: Min 5 years in similar role. Native of Ernakulam or settled in Ernakulam only required to apply. Excellent English and Malayalam communication and writing skills.
  • Salary: As per industry standards + Bonus and allowances
  • Max. age: 35 year
  • Interview mode: Face - face at Kochi
