You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social, email) and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation, creative design, and media planning.
  • Monitor marketing performance and analyze campaign data to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and industry-specific forums.
  • Organize and represent the company in events, webinars, and product launches.
  • Handle marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and reporting on key KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices to strengthen our competitive position.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in a mid-sized or fast-growing organization.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong command of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Good to have

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS industry (customize based on industry)
  • Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
