Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and calls.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
• Convince and guide customers to make purchases online.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate with the dispatch/delivery team to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and daily sales closures.

Other Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (both spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or online sales preferred.
• Good convincing skills and a pleasant, confident personality.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic computer operations.
