Responsibilities

• A Deposit Relationship Officer is responsible for sourcing and managing customer investments in Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD). 
• The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining deposit products, and guiding them through the investment process.
• The officer builds and maintains relationships with clients to ensure trust and long-term engagement. 
• Key duties include achieving deposit mobilization targets, collecting necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and addressing client queries or concerns. 
• The role may require field visits to meet clients and promote products.

• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills are essential for success in this position.
