Responsibilities

🔹 Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models tailored to fiber optic sensing data

🔹 Architect Big Data solutions for processing vast amounts of sensing data in real-time

🔹 Collaborate with product teams, sensor engineers, and stakeholders on innovative projects

🔹 Mentor and manage a talented team of data scientists and engineers

🔹 Ensure data quality, model performance, and security standards

🔹 Stay ahead of developments in AI/ML and fiber optic sensing fields to foster innovation

Other Requirements

✅ B.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields

✅ 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and Big Data, preferably in sensing or telecom sectors

✅ Proven leadership and team management skills

✅ Strong programming skills (Python)

✅ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

✅ Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

✅ Skilled in Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Airflow)

✅ Good understanding of fiber optic sensing technologies and data characteristics is a plus

✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
