We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Authorization/Security Specialist with deep expertise in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori security concepts, and SAP GRC Access Control and Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of the SAP system landscape by managing and implementing user authorizations, maintaining compliance with security policies, and providing expertise in role design, access control, and risk mitigation strategies. The candidate is also expected to be familiar with SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions such as SAP Identity Management, SAP Single Sign-On, SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication, SAP Cloud Platform Identity Provisioning, and SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance to support secure and seamless access across hybrid SAP environments.

Responsibilities
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing SAP roles and authorizations.
- Able to design authorization concepts
- User Management
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control and SoD conflict management.
- Deep knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori security concepts.
- Experience with SAP Identity Management, SAP Single Sign-On, SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication, SAP Cloud Platform Identity Provisioning, and SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance.
- Familiarity with audit compliance standards such as GDPR and SOX.
- Strong troubleshooting skills (using SU53, ST01, and SUIM)
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical teams, auditors, and stakeholders.
Other Requirements
- Administer and manage user access and authorizations across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP roles and profiles to ensure proper segregation of duties (SoD) and compliance with internal and external security standards.
- Manage and configure SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Access Control modules, including Access Request Management (ARM), Role Management, and Emergency Access Management (EAM).
- Integrate and maintain IAM solutions across SAP landscapes including Identity Authentication, Identity Provisioning, and Single Sign-On for enhanced access security and user experience.
