We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Consultant (mid or senior level) to support our ongoing and upcoming Product Lifecycle Management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP PLM7 UI and deep expertise in change master processes, document and BOM management, and third-party system integrations. Experience with SAP ECTR and tools like SEAL converter and SolidWorks integration is essential.

Responsibilities
- Configure and manage SAP PLM7 UI components.
- Handle Change Master data for both documents and BOMs, including setup of dynamic change master paths.
- Lead and support migration projects for documents from third-party systems to SAP.
- Integrate and maintain SAP ECTR, including connections with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office applications.
- Implement SEAL converter configurations for generating neutral formats (PDF, TIFF, etc.) from original documents.
- Set up automatic document stamping mechanisms for compliance and traceability.
- Manage BOMs – both discrete and configurable, in alignment with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
- Define and enforce extended document permissions for access control, including access for global subsidiaries
Other Requirements
- Strong experience with SAP PLM7 UI.
- In-depth knowledge of Change Master processes, including dynamic path generation.
- Proven experience with document migration projects from third-party PLM or DMS systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Engineering Control Center (SAP ECTR).
- Expertise in SolidWorks and Office integration with SAP PLM.
- Familiarity with SEAL converter and document format transformation.
- Experience in automatic stamping of documents for lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of BOM management – discrete and configurable.
- Knowledge of extended access permissions in multi-subsidiary environments
