Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels: SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Oversee content strategy, including blogs, landing pages, and social media content
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and developers to execute marketing plans
• Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing management
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
