Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring needs and manage job postings
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with both clients and candidates
- Handle CV customization service calls
- Maintain and update recruitment and client databases
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure smooth hiring delivery
- Support in driving hiring campaigns and outreach activities
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in speaking with candidates for CV customization consultations
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Familiar with job portals and hiring platforms (preferred)
