Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily operations of all pharmacy outlets.
• Ensure smooth store operations including inventory management, stock availability, billing systems, and customer service processes.
• Monitor and support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all stores..
• Collaborate with the procurement team to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Assist in ensuring all stores comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support new store setups, renovations, and expansions as needed.
• Prepare and present reports on store operations, sales performance, and challenges.

Other Requirements

• Skills in daily operations coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of all pharmacy outlets.
• Inventory management and stock availability to maintain optimal stock levels and support timely replenishment.
