Responsibilities

• Conduct regular mentor review meetings and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with academic, counseling, and student support departments to address student needs
• Track mentorship effectiveness using defined metrics (e.g., session count, student feedback, learning outcomes).
• Organize workshops, check-ins, and orientation sessions for mentors and mentees.
• Handle escalation cases with empathy and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare monthly reports on mentorship impact, usage, and feedback.
• Innovate and continuously improve mentorship processes and tools.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in mentorship, counseling, or academic operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
