Responsibilities

• Lead the QA efforts for Magento-based applications and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies including functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).
• Work with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure full test coverage for both frontend (UI) and backend functionalities.
• Review test cases and test plans prepared by team members and mentor junior QA engineers.
• Report defects, track issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure that releases meet or exceed quality expectations.
• Continuously improve QA processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Other Requirements

• 8+ years of QA experience with a strong background in UI Automation testing.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience using Playwright for automation.
• Strong understanding of BDD frameworks (like Cucumber or SpecFlow).
• Solid knowledge of testing best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience in testing Magento-based applications is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
