Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support and sales assistance in both Hindi and English.
• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and needs.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, with no scripted responses.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
