Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations: billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 AR executives to meet collection targets and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements.
- Prepare and deliver periodic AR performance reports to management.
Other Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes including B2B collections and dispute management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with US-based clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements.
- Proven team leadership skills and ability to drive performance and accountability.
- Experience: Accounts receivable: 8 years (Required), Team Lead: 3 years (Required)
- License/Certification: BCom (Required)
- Shift availability: Night Shift (Required)
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (including 2–3 years in a team lead role)
- Qualification: BCom /M.Com / MBA Finance
- Shift: Night Shift (4:00 PM to 1:00)
- Working Days: 5 Days
- Pick and Drop Facility Available
