Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR processes and resolve payment issues

• Ensure timely collections and accurate reconciliation

• Interact with clients/customers regarding payment follow-ups

• Maintain reports and documentation related to AR

Other Requirements

• Graduation in Commerce (B.Com with MCOM/MBA Finance) – mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within the BPO industry – mandatory.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Team leading experience is preferable.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AR-related ERP systems (SAP/Oracle etc.).
• Willingness to work night shifts (4 PM to 1 AM IST) from office.
• Immediate joiners preferred (within 15 days).
• Experience: Accounts receivable : 4 years (Required), Team management : 2 years (Required)
• License/Certification: B.Com (Required)
• Qualification : MCOM/MBA Finance
• Experience: 4 years in Accounts Receivable process within BPO industry
• Shift: 4 PM - 1 AM (5 Days Working)
• Immediate Joiners are only Preferred
• Pick and Drop Facility Available
