Responsibilities

• Conduct inside sales activities to promote banking products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the bank's products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to sales processes and compliance guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.

Other Requirements

• Candidate Should be able to work under pressure
• Should have (i) Pan Card ,(ii) Aadhar card , (iii) Degree certificate
• Strong in verbal communication skills along with active listening-(Malayalam)

• Experience: Fresher/Experienced

• Salary: ₹22,000 + Incentives
