The primary function of the role is to design, develop, and implement an efficient, fair and transparent Performance Management System across HTIC Global and promote a performance based culture across functions and to our Business Partners. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible to design a competency framework for HTIC Global in coordination with functions and divisions

Strong understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
