Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure data accuracy.
• Reconciliation: Help with bank reconciliations and monthly closing processes.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Compliance: Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Assistance: Provide support to senior accountants with various accounting projects and tasks as needed.
• Communication: Collaborate with other departments to gather and relay financial information.

Other Requirements

• Proficient in financial record keeping, including managing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll entries.
• Skilled in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and the use of accounting software.
• Capable of supporting reconciliation tasks such as bank reconciliations and monthly closings.
• Effective in communication and collaboration with other departments to relay financial information.
• Language: English (Preferred)
