Responsibilities

• Understand requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  
  

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
  
  

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
  
  

• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
  
  

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to resolve issues.
  
  

• Contribute to creating and maintaining QA documentation (test plans, test cases, test reports).
  
  

• Provide feedback on software usability and performance improvements.
  
  

• Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
  

• 1 year of hands-on experience in Software Testing (manual testing is a must).
  
  

• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
  
  

• Experience with test case design techniques.
  
  

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).
  
  

• Basic understanding of automation tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.) is a plus.
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Attention to detail and good communication skills.

Good to have

• Exposure to API testing and tools like Postman.

• Experience in Automation Testing is an added advantage
  

• Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing.
  

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
  

• Interest in learning automation testing.
