Responsibilities
Grievance Handling:
- Address client complaints and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Implement solutions to resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
- Handle grievances received from both branch offices and customers, ensuring timely escalation and resolution as per internal policies.
Capital Market / Stock Market Knowledge:
- Possess a deep understanding of capital markets, stock markets, and other investment products.
- Provide clients with relevant information and guidance on stock market options, leveraging 1–2 years of hands-on experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, trading regulations, and evolving investment strategies.
Demat & Dematerialisation:
- Handle dematerialisation requests from clients, ensuring accurate processing and timely record-keeping.
- Assist clients in converting their physical share certificates into dematerialised (electronic) form.
- Coordinate with depository participants and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.
KYC & KRA Compliance:
- Perform end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Update and verify client records with the KYC Registration Agencies (KRA).
- Monitor KYC discrepancies and follow up with clients for timely resolution and documentation.
Physical Verification of Forms:
- Conduct thorough physical verification of client-submitted forms and documents.
- Ensure all physical documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with internal standards before processing.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for further verification and safe custody.

Education:
Experience:
- KYC/ Compliance: 2 years (Required)
Language:
Location: Padivattom, Edapally
Graduation: Degree Mandatory
Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: 2-3 years in Client Relationship roles in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
