• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.

• Provide timely and accurate information to clients with a focus on excellent customer service.

• Resolve queries, escalate issues when required, and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Maintain call logs, follow scripts, and adhere to call handling procedures.

• Meet or exceed performance targets (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction).

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• English fluency, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
