Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with schools, school groups, and education institutions in Mumbai.
  • Leverage existing strong contacts with school authorities to accelerate outreach and partnership closures.
  • Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan to achieve targets for student enrollments, batch closures, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct presentations, workshops, and meetings with principals, trustees, and senior decision-makers to showcase our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, academic) to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
  • Represent the company at education fairs, school events, and industry networking platforms in the region.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development executives in the region (if applicable).

Other Requirements

  • Experience: 8–12 years in business development / institutional sales, preferably in the education sector (schools / K12 segment / EdTech / training services).
  • Network: Proven and strong connect with school authorities (principals, trustees, school chains, education boards) in Mumbai.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term institutional relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and closure abilities, strategic planning mindset, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
