Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Design, implement, and manage 360° digital marketing strategies for B2C and B2B campaigns
  • Understand Technovalley’s core offerings and identify key digital growth opportunities
  • Plan monthly performance campaigns aligned with admissions, sales, and branding goals

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
  • Optimize CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality through constant A/B testing and data analysis
  • Manage full-funnel performance, from impression to conversion and re-engagement
  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
  • Build high-converting landing pages in coordination with content/design/tech teams
  • Design lead magnet funnels, retargeting flows, and nurture campaigns (email/WhatsApp/SMS)
  • Segment and qualify leads based on program/category, region, and behaviour

Content & SEO Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the content team for ad creatives, captions, SEO blog strategy, and video campaigns
  • Monitor keyword trends and integrate SEO-SEM synergies into the overall digital plan

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with business heads, counselors, and tech teams to align marketing strategies with business targets
  • Manage marketing vendors/agencies as needed for media buying, creatives, or performance audits

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven experience in optimizing campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS
  • Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and lead nurturing tools
  • Proficiency in keyword planning, UTM tagging, retargeting, and A/B testing
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Good to have

  • Worked with EdTech / Certification / Higher Education brands
  • Managed large-scale monthly budgets for lead generation and admissions
  • Knowledge of landing page builders, automation tools, and heat mapping tools
  • Awareness of cybersecurity, AI, or tech education domains is a strong plus
