Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project flow.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle documentation including contracts, purchase orders, work orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate procurement of construction materials and verify deliveries.
- Facilitate communication between the site team, office team, and management.
- Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Support in budget monitoring and cost control.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate the projects works
- Coordinate with project team consultants and contractors
- Monitor the project status and reports to the management.
- Ensure the quality of purchase.
- Finalize the materials with the purchase department.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns, and communicate them effectively to the project team.
- Arrange and participate in client meetings, site visits, and handover processes
- Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.

- Experience: Min. 10 years in large scale building project coordination
- Salary: 40k-75k (based on experience)
